Processing Orders 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. We aren’t perfect but we try our best.

Shipping 

We ship Eco Wilde both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the road from us in Adelaide, you’ll get it faster than in if you live in Northern Queensland. Australia Post site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

We choose Australia Post as our delivery specialists because we value reliability, efficient service and their commitment to decarbonise and reach Net Zero Emissions. See the Australia Post environmental responsibility information here

You’ll notice that we reuse cardboard boxes to ship your goods. We believe this is more environmentally friendly than creating beautiful new branded boxes.

You would have received a confirmation email from us when you placed your order, another email will be sent once your order is fulfilled and shipped. This email will include a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery.
